This is a Kenko 2X Tele Extender Teleplus MC6 for the Mamiya RB67 cameras and lenses.  This converter will work on all Mamiya RB67 Lenses and bodies.  It will convert any lens to double its focal length.  Change your 90 into a 180, etc.

This Tele Extender is in Excellent Condition. Comes with  front and back cap and original hardcase.
